Hello,
We have a service that currently processes 3rd party, Legal, and patient medical record releases for our practice. We're thinking of finding an alternate solution.
One thing we like is the software program they use. It tracks the release, billing, etc. all in one place. We were trying to find out if anyone used some type of software like this & if your solution works with CPS?
I was researching options & I thought I'd see if anyone has a solution that works well for them.

We use a third party for all ROI and have used them for years. They remote access our system and 'harvest' the records then audit them for accuracy (no misfiles, correct dates etc) and release. They handle all the billing, corrected authorizations etc. They are beyond knowledgeable with HIPAA and have top notch processes. We created a user and route any faxed requests to them. They have limited access- no sensitive charts, no confidential etc. They append the request and document what transpired. They even will reply with secure messaging if possible (helps with patient engagement 🙂
They handle practices across the United States. I would highly recommend them. I have attached a link.
