Hello,
Looking to see if anyone has any input why this may be happening.
During a recent re-install of cps (v12.3.3) on users' computers when we reset our emr.ini jobs to zero to reset/update files, the Usercheck.exe, userchoice.exe, and usernote.exe are deleted from the user's client folder.
Ive never seen this happen before. Has anyone else experienced this and have any solutions?

Are you pushing Usercheck.exe, userchoice.exe, and usernote.exe with jobs.txt along with the other \ccc and \clinicfoldername content? I have them staged and referenced in jobs.txt just so I can delete the c:\program files (x86)\...\client folder during reinstalls and emr.ini resets. You are correct in that those things don't usually get deleted during an uninstall but it may be that we just get lucky when it doesn't happen.
