Is there an easy way to find out who changed insurance ID and group numbers on patients. The activity log doesn't tell exactly what they did.

This has been a concern of ours for a long time. If any kind of demographic change is made, there is no way to find out exactly what was changed or what it was changed from. If someone has found a way to do this, please share how you are doing it!!
