Hello everyone,

I was wondering how everyone else was documenting release of records in the chart so that it can be audited down the road. Are you using a custom VFE form, a GE built form??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a lot of clients that use a VFE form. If you want to email me, I will share a screen print of the form. It works great.
