We implemented CPS in September of 2014. I am wanting to clean up our system a bit and remove forms that we do not use. Many of these are CCC forms. Has anyone done this? Will I run into problems by doing so?
For example: We use the Vital Signs-2-CCC form and I would prefer to remove all other Vital Signs form options.

I have removed them in the past, only to have them all added back with the next upgrade. I gave up after doing this twice- not worth my time each upgrade. 🙂

As long as you don't remove any of the CCC files installed with the Centricity client itself, the only problems you might run into are buttons that won't load other forms since they don't exist. As Cheryl said, the next upgrade will put them back unless you edit the clinical kit file that loads forms and remove those you don't want added again.
