We had several printers on our print servers that have been replaced over the years but they are still showing up in our CPS tables and will sometimes default for prescriptions when a user has a roaming profile. Does anyone know what can be done to remove them from the database completely? Thank you!

Search in the PRINTERS table for the removed printers. You may be able to just remove the rows with them, but it would be safer to update the rows with the replacement printers.
