We are checking to see if anyone has a report to pull open documents, mainly office visits, separated by provider. We would like to do one pull and have all the providers broken out when the report is exported.

Hi Sirna,
A couple questions
1.) Are you charting in CPS or CEMR?
2.) Are you looking for a script you can run using SQL management studio/SQL developer or would you like users to be able run the report on demand from within the application?
3.) Are you just looking for a count by provider or would like provider, document, and patient detail?

3.)Are you just looking for a count by provider or would like provider, document, and patient detail? By provider document type office visit, detail is not necessary
