Good Afternoon,
I am trying figure out a way to create a report on 2 specific problems from active/non-active problems on lists. The group I work with is all pediatricians and I need a way to report via letters, handouts, or other on how many occurances of Strep and Ear Infections patients have. I need the dates of occurance and the problem comments.
