Gonzaba Medical Group providers and non-providers using CPS have been experiencing perceived CPS application slowness. We would like to start producing detailed daily, weekly, monthly network and application dashboards/reports for our user community that shows response times at various network and application functional levels. We would appreciate any information from organizations that are already doing this type of reporting. What tool(s) are use using and would you be willing to share the types of dashboards/reports through a quick skype meeting? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
