Hi there! We are currently using CEMR and are searching our the processes you use to grant access to research auditors. We are a large academic facility with ongoing research protocols, etc. How do you grant access? How do you limit access (if you do at all)? Thanks!
Let me throw this option out there, as someone probably has a better method they might share with both of us. We put a table, computer and monitor on the other side of a glass window where they can be watched all day. We take the list of pts and place them on a schedule for an auditor. We created an auditor acct with limited rights. Having the pts on a schedule allows the auditor to proceed down their list rapidly rather than keying in every pt separately. They also can't dig deeper through other pts. They normally complete between 150 and 200 pts per day. We make them hand over their thumb drive which is screened for content and to show it has encryption before they start. We check it again at the end of the day. While there are other steps to this, that is the overview. Not sure the CEMR has the scheduling portion included. [email protected]
I have CPS and would like to hear what others are doing also.
