Is there a way to restore pages that were deleted in Patient Portal?
I must have renamed it and deleted the medication refill form. I am thinking I will recreate the form if I can't restore it. Would anyone be able to help me with what are the basic elements that go in the patient portal medication refill form?
Thank you

Kryptiq Patient Portal
Hi.
I use the Kryptiq (now Surescripts) patient portal.
Attached is an export file - which you should be able to import) that includes our current version of Med Refill and what was saved as the original version. Hope this helps.
IMPORTANT - this file was saved and uploaded as .txt but once you download then rename to proper .exp extension.
This may not help you now but I always enable "shadow copies" on my volumes on all of my servers (except the SQL db server). That way you can go back and see things from the last two weeks or so. You don't need to restore the files to see them either. You can browse to them and copy the specific file(s) you need with a Windows type copy/paste.
I don't think shadow copies is enabled by default but you may want to check. If you "right click"any file or folder in Windows, there is an option for "Restore previous versions". If that is an option for you then you may find your deleted file(s) there. If the option is grayed out then you should enable it by right clicking on the parent volume and "configure shadow copies". I believe enabling it with the default settings will take up to 10 percent of your hard drive space eventually.
I have used this feature on numerous occasions which allowed me to restore things without going through a restore from backup.
