I know I have done this in the past, but I can't figure out how. Or maybe it was an older version and no longer possible? We have a provider who would like to have his nurse and his coder to automatically be in the routing list when he opens a flag. He would rather remove them when he doesn't want them than add them when he does. Does anyone know how to do this with the flags? Thanks in advance!

When you select the people you want it defaulted to have every time, at the bottom of the flag, you should have three buttons. One is Save as Default. Click that and it will always have the users listed when ever a flag or document is routed.

We only have save as draft, send, and cancel. Does the save as draft do this the same way?

Actually, I think you can only save it for documents and not flags. I just tried it and that is the only way it would show up is when routing documents.
Sorry about that. I should have looked at it first. Been awhile since I have set that up.

I believe you can do this by going to the search, click "More" and then create your own routing groups there. Then you can just pick the custom group.
