We have had a couple of instances with staff adding a schedule template for a staff and when saved it seems to remove some other staff's templates. Has anyone had this happened?
I have. We usually are able to find the person and train them out of it though. Also If I remember correctly problem with taking away that permission is it takes away other permissions that they need to do their job. So the best course of advise I have is to find the person or persons and work with them so they understand how to change it without changing everyone.
We have noticed this can happen (I think it's what you're describing) when patients are setting up their schedule preferences. We train them to choose a facility and not a single resource within the facility - which is what seems to erase the schedule.
