Is anyone using the LinkLogic interface for inbound Schedule Messages? If so, I am looking to see if there is a way to modify the interface to allow for custom Appointment Statuses outside of what is defined within the Managing Interfaces documentation. I was thinking using a cross reference file but not sure if that will work. If anyone has any info on this, I would like to have a conversation with you, please email me at [email protected].

Yes, we use LL for inbound SIUs. We have an xrf for SCH-25 which correlates the external system statuses to what CPS needs. The file consists of the following:
H,xrf,Filler Status Code Conversion Cross Reference,3.0,20000719092717
F,statusCode,FillerStatusCode
I,Scheduled,BOOKED
I,Arrived,STARTED
I,Confirmed,BOOKED
I,Bumped,CANCELLED
I,WorkList,CANCELLED
