Does anyone know a short cut to schedule recurring appointments other than copying and pasting from one week to the next?

Have you tried using an appointment chain? That may expedite the process.

We have but we still find the need to copy and paste many of the appts. Maybe I will view the CBT on that again. Do you know if this is made easier in CPS12? Thanks for your suggestion much appreciated.
