Can anyone point me in the right direction for a particular security setting. I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I need to assign permission for someone to go into "Admin > Responsible Providers > Billing Identification > New"

Administration folder in security, then "Providers/Users" and then "Modify Provider/Users" - that allows them to modify on all the tabs within provider set-up.
