Does anyone have a workflow/recommendation for setting security groups and what security should be in each group? Our security has been set up with too many different groups and individual settings for users. We need to start over and "uncomplicate" the security settings. Any advise? Recommendations on groups?

We have ours divided by job duty like receptionist, nurse, doctor, MedicalRecords, etc. We try to stay away from exclusive deny or allow outside of groups but the CPS security is constantly a work in progress for us. GE also changed the security model from most restrictive to least restrictive for some reason recently and we haven't went through the transition just yet on that either.
I would love to see some other ideas se we can embark on the next iteration of security. I am on the fence about which model is better, too. I have AD integration right now but I really do not see the benefit these days and I do see one down side which I have encountered with respect to complex passwords.

I tried to upload the spreadsheet to the training materials but since it's an excel file it wouldn't let me. It would be easiest if you just emailed me directly and I can send this to you in an attachment. [email protected]
