We currently use a custom app for capturing signatures at check in.
I remember hearing about an app that was in development that would allow to create custom signature elements.
Anyone else heard about this or have any information on this type item?

I am interested in hearing more on how you currently capture signatures--we are looking to implement something very soon.
Thus far, we have looked at e-signature and topaz.

Hello,
We are also interested! We are on CPS v12 and plan to implement electronic signature capture in the next few months. Who out there is doing this and what hardware would you recommend? Any information you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.

Is anyone successfully using signature pads for patient consent forms, patient profile and any forms that patient's fill out and have the ability to import into the EMR and populate obs terms?
