Hi everyone,
We are using the HTML form to document our imms, including the COVID-19 vaccine. We recently installed the patch to make our forms and history views work with the new COVID-19 immunization category, but found another issue that is not mentioned on the AthenaHealth portal.
In the Immunizations section of the Surescripts Portal, the COVID immunizations do not have a label. the data is coming across, but the patient only sees dates with no details about what the dates represent.
Has anyone else seen this? I have put in a ticket with Athenahealth, but I wanted to find out if this is happening to just our clinic, or All Surescripts portal users.
