We are noting an issue when trying to send a TOC document VIA Biscom Fax, the normal window to select who you are sending this to now does not display. Appears we are unable to send a TOC via Biscom after upgrading to SP 11 over the weekend. Is anyone else noting this?

Did you uninstall/reinstall Biscom on all clients after upgrading CPS? We have found that this is necessary after an upgrade.
Biscom is working for everything else, just not the TOC Document
Could someone please explain to me how you Biscom fax TOC documents? If we do not have a direct address, we have had to print out the TOC (which kills trees!!) and manually fax. We use Qvera for our direct messaging, not Surescripts Secure Messaging.
The TOC will not generate unless there is a valid direct address for the recipient. This is a downfall of using Qvera. We are struggling with our numbers, barely getting to 10% and faxing most everything because we do not have direct addresses for our providers. If anyone can help with this workflow, I would appreciate it.
