Hey everyone,
Our public health department has been shopping around for a more robust telehealth solution essentially since this outbreak hit the US. I've sent out a ton of requests to vendors for demonstrations and have only received responses from a few vendors.
So far we've had tech demos for telehealth integration with centricity from Odoro and Summit Softtech. Ideally, I'd like to talk to 2 - 3 more vendors, but again, crickets.
Anyone else using a telehealth vendor? Any luck in communication? I'm sure a lot of these vendors are inundated with requests right now...
Thanks for any ideas!
We wanted something that we could get up and running fast, so we went with Doxy.me which is not integrated with Centricity, but we do all documentation in CPS. They would probably not be robust enough for what you are looking for. Since then, Phreesia has developed a Telehealth platform that look pretty good. We use them for Appointment reminders and online check in, and bi-directional texting. We do have Odoro for our online scheduling and they have been great with that. They are always quick to respond to any issues we have and most time can handle any custom programming request within a couple of days. Hope this helps.
Hi Zack,
My team offers an incredibly robust TeleHealth system called the Curago Patient Experience Platform. I would be happy to schedule a demo of the product for you this coming week. If you would, send me some times you might be available and i will coordinate the meeting.
