What if any telemed vendors are groups using and do they have integration components to CPS? Are you scheduling telemed appts in CPS just with different appointment types?
We are currently working through this. We have a different facility (for POS 2 on claims) and a different appointment type. Chart side we have some additional notes in the documentation template noting patient was seen via telehealth and some additional billing modifiers.
We just setup Zoom for Business. It does not integrate at all, but we can lock down certain features we don't want providers to use, like screen sharing, and sign up is online and instant. They have some telehealth 'Apps' as well that run on the Zoom platform but we are opting not to use those so far.
I would be interested to hear about anyone else's experience and share best practices as well.
