We are checking to see if anyone is using a text messaging system that interfaces with Centricity. Also where are you documenting consent to receive Texts within Centricity? If you have a product that you love or is easy to maintain, please let me know!

We use Clearwave Mobile which is an add-on to their Kiosk solution and does integrate with Centricity CPS. It does email and text Appointment Reminders and they also developed a tool for texting on demand. We are very happy with the solution and find them to be a very helpful partner with our patient engagement initiatives.
