Hello,
My practice is very interested in trying Clinically Speaking but getting any information about what is required of the thin client is like pulling teeth from their tech support. Does anyone on here have a recommendation for a thin client running a citrix environment so we can use the USB and the PowerMic II.

We are using Clinically Speaking client, but not on a thin client. We have not had success in getting it to work on our thin clients (win7 embedded) or citrix.
On thick clients, works great.

He is the one I was talking with and he sent me over to their tech support...
What kinds of issues were you having with getting it setup on a a thin client?
