We use a custom form to capture pertinent MU information and the MU Core Checklist form to verify that all required information has been entered. We updated over the weekend to SP10 and also CCC Basic 1.2. On our custom form we have a radio button (yes, no) that notes if the patient has been counseled to quit smoking. It is linked to the obs term SMOK ADVICE. When you switch over to the MU Checklist form the information does not carry over to their radio button with the same obs term and when you go back to the first form the buttons are no longer clicked. However, if you click the button from within the MU Checklist form and then go back to our custom form the information has carried over.
I hope I've explained this in a way that makes some sense. Any thoughts or advice on what may be causing this disconnect would be great. Thanks!!
I am not using those forms, but I have seen similar odd results when the buttons and drop-down text fields do not exactly match. Be observant of capitalization, space characters, hyphen/underline characters, etc...
