Hello, we are having a couple of different issues that we've been experiencing with CPS 12 (just upgraded from 10 on 07/18/14) and we are trying to determine if it's the application, Citrix or if it's profile related. Both users log on to CPS 12 via Citrix.
1. We have one user that is unable to toggle between schedules from the taskbar. Every time he clicks on the item on the taskbar, the application does nothing. After several attempts of trying to toggle back and forth, his CPS freezes. He is forced to do a restart in order to clear the freezing. What I found that will bring the schedule back up, is right-clicking on the item on the taskbar, and selecting Restore or just minimizing every screen except the one he wants to view. Other websites in IE come up just fine. GE recommended to delete the profiles on the Citrix servers, but that did not resolve the issue. He also suggested to create a new CPS profile if that didn't work, but I'm afraid it will create errors if his username is linked to anything within CPS. Any other suggestions?
2. We have another user that is having trouble when scanning documents into the paperclip in Registration. After several successful scans, she will scan another document, and then cannot type into any fields. She can click elsewhere, and log out, but she is just unable to type anything. She has to log out of CPS and Citrix, and then shut down her computer in order for her to type again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Citrix Receiver, but that did not help. Could it possibly be the scanner software that's conflicting? (The scanner is a Fujitsu fi-6130.)
