We're currently on CEMR 9.8.11 and testing Dragon 360. We have both running from Citrix. Everything seems to work fine except when a user tries to add a new problem in the EMR. After opening the problems module, when the user clicks "new" they get an exception error. Has anyone else experienced this?

Not an exact match (Dragon Medical 2.x with CPS 12.0.10 on terminal servers - no Citrix) but is it only your Dragon users?
We have stopped using Dragon on the terminal servers due to multiple crashes and are currently working with GE to troubleshoot the problem.
When we have had crashes adding a new problem it has always been resolved by reinstalling jboss. Fortunately this has been a rare occurrence and generally follows some work on the appserver.

Our problem is when using Dragon 360 through Citrix we attempt to "append a document", "send a flag", or type within a note not using an encounter form, we receive an error message and are kicked out of EMR.
Has anyone had issues with that? Thank you
We are using Dragon Medical One and experiencing the issues of getting kicked out of Centricity when "Appending a document", "sending a flag", or "typing in a blank not without a form component".
Has anyone found a fix for these errors?

We are getting kicked out when using Dragon Medical One through Citrix, every time we "append a document", "send a flag" or "dictate using Dragon Medical One into a blank note not using a template". Anyone come up with a solution to this issue?
