We're currently testing with ICD10 in our test CPS 12 database, and our providers are constantly picking codes that can't be billed. They usually require more digits.
Does anyone have a query to remove all unbillable ICD10 codes from the EMR side so that the providers/clinicians don't see them while searching? If this isn't really plausible, what are you using to help with this?
Mike,
I have a script that I wrote that will inactivate all the un billable codes. Please email me at [email protected] and I'd be happy to share.
Bovie,
I contacted you as well. Hope that it ok.
Of course please feel free to reach out to me. Also sometimes our spam blocker can get a little over aggressive so If I don't respond back within a day or so please post back here.
Bovie, I sent you an email yesterday @ 8:17AM (CST). My email is mseale at vhpla dot com. Thanks for your help.
Bovie,
Looks like the email I sent to you on the 6th didn't go through. Is there a chance you can email me the script at:
hunter DOT hines AT duncan regional DOT com
Much appreciated.
Hello,
I also tried sending an email, and it did not go through. Could you please email me at ntaylor AT imperialhealth DOT com
thanks.
Hunter and ntaylor,
I just emailed both of you. Please let me know if you don't get the email.
Much appreciated. Thank you!
Dave, Just sent you an email. Also I forgot you have to have a login to view the site my email is [email protected]
Hey Dave!
I'm jumping on the bandwagon too! Will you email me the script for removing unbillable problem codes within the EMR?
What an amazing asset!
Thnx - Vikki
Bovie,
I e-mailed you today regarding this issue we are having as well. We are trying to remove all the unbillable codes. Please let me know if you got my e-mail, if not my e-mail is [email protected].
Thanks!
No problem, just send an email your way.
Could we also get that script? Our billers are very sad right now about how many wrong codes we are getting from providers.
Thank you!
