Does anyone know if in versions 11 or 12 if the schedule template is changed. Currently you cannot change schedule templates during buisness hours with anyone in the system because it causes alot of problems. I am curious if you can in either of the upcoming versions. Thanks
What sort of problems are you referring to? From my experience it will slow down the system if your hardware can't keep up but I wasn't aware of any problems. I believe what my users do is 'a little bit at a time' whatever that means. I just remember talking to the 'template/schedule person' here at the clinic and coming to an agreement with them so they don't bring down the system during business hours

We make schedule template changes during Production all the time and have never encountered any issues. Like, Mike stated, it may cause some performance issues if your hardware or network is not sufficient enough.

I also make template changes during buisness hours, often at the busiest time of the day. I have yet to cause the system to crash, or cause any problems.
Of course, I may have just jinxed myself.

I also make schedule template changes all day long - I have experienced periodic issues, but it is usually because I did not do something correctly. Most of the time, we have no issues.
