We have an upgrade planned for version 19 in the near future. For anyone that has already upgraded, are there any issues with v19?

If you use AD security, there is a patch for setstage.exe that we received by working with engineering prior to go live but not sure if it got deployed to customer site yet - I'm checking. You will need that if installing from scratch on new server. Upgrade in place seems fine without.
Use the msi to install or else you will be uninstalling every version of c++ on a client before you can install via the setup.exe.
We upgraded and moved db, jboss and 2 linklogic apps to new 2016 OS and added a 2nd jboss and all went well until a few days later we discovered an issue with unmatched patient refill requests.
Unmatched prescriptions are not showing in the EMR at all. They are in the erxrefillrequest table though. We have over 50 providers and had no idea how many mismatches people were doing until now. Engineering is working on it but not eta yet so if you are prescribing and have unmatched patients on desktops, you may want to make sure that is resolved before upgrading. You can manually create phone notes based on outstanding hl7 createds and I sort of have a report to find those here but if you have a high volume of those, you may want to wait.
