If anyone has a good company they use for Visual form Editor training- please send me information on them!

We used OPTUMUS Technologies to provide training in VFE and Crystal Reports to the analysts on my team. We had 3 new analysts hired in one month and they were a life saver.
They gave group trainings initially to develop a foundational knowledge base and then tailored the remaining classes to the individual needs and strengths of the analysts. We were really impressed with the results.

Logical Innovations is the creator of Visual Form Editor and offers training classes before each CHUG conference. In addition, through an authorized affiliate, Heidi Loutzenhiser, on-line classes are offered. If the class size is large enough, on site training can also be requested.
Heidi has years of experience and has been with the EMR almost since its inception under the original Medicalogic company banner as well as being a former GE employee. Her teaching technique is quite effective.

Note:
On-line training is well received as it affords time between sessions to review and practice what has been covered and bring questions and struggles to the next session. This is unlike the two day version in person where everything is presented at once.
I also recommend completing the tutorials found in VFE Help prior to attending classes. These lessons will provide a degree of familiarity with the program making the classes more meaningful overall.

Unfortunately this company has gone off the deep end. We have attempted to contact them multiple times. We have signed up to multiple classes and never receive a confirmation email nor invoice. We send emails with no replies and the "Contact us" section goes to an error with clicking submit message.
Sad because we have been using this company for the last couple of years without any problem until now.
