We have currently been approved to become an RHC. Our new 3rd party software vender has recommended that we purchase the Visualutions software to assist us in our billing for RHC services. Since we have been in business almost 52 years this is going to be a huge change for us. Is there anyone in the group who uses this software and who could share your experiences with me? If so I would greatly appreicate your input. Thank you.

We have had good experiences with Visualutions. We bill out of PM but had to hire Vis to help with some weird billings situations. So far they have been able to enhance the PM billing system so that we could bill out encounters for some contracts that don't fix in a box.
