Is anyone doing WC 835 file processing?
Since we check the box WC Case Applies in the Case within Case Management the files will not process. We were told a fix has been found or that it is being researched however there is no ETA on when the fix will be available.
If anyone is processing WC 835 files I would love to find out how our workflow differs.
