Hello,
Are there any good software integrations with athenaPractice/Centricity for patient wait times? We're looking for something that will either show the provider name and on-time, or minutes behind, or maybe something like the DMV where the patient has a number and they can see which number is being called next for their provider (and then figure out how many patients are ahead of them). I heard Quest has a good queuing system in place, though I don't know what they use.
I'm hoping for something that integrates with athenaPractice/Centricity where our staff don't have to log into another platform to update anything.
Any recommendations?
