What forms are you using for your Well Child Check Encounters? We are on CCC Basic v1.4 with Patch. Our providers are not happy with the Entry-CCC form that replaced the Well Child-Age Specific-CCC form. They have asked me to look for alternate options.

I have the same question, we recently had an upgrade and we thought the peds development form would have changed. Providers are not happy with vitals pediatric-CCC because its missing many of the vitals, it doesn't even have a place to say who took vitals. We ended up having to go back to the old forms that are misspelled
