Am I missing something? I cannot seem to find an obs term for a regular well visit. There are a few for Medicare Wellness visits, but I need a good way to document Annual Physicals.
How do you all document well visits and get staff/physicians to populate an obs term? We do not have any consistency, and it makes reporting very difficult.

I see two
COMPPHYSICAL
PE DATE (space at 3rd position)
As far as determining physical dates, we sometimes run reports for the physical billing codes.
