Greeting from Los Angeles,
Is anyone else using Phreesia and are you having any issue with your payment balances and statements. We are trying to get an enhancement approved in order to be able to pull into phreesia these items by provider and also by ticket to make it more efficient in terms of payment.

Front Desk-copays and patient balances collected and posted
Patient balances, regardless of appointment, Text-to-Pay, automated to the patient, posted back to the ticket
Website, payment posted back to the ticket.
