Anyone have any experience with Zirmed (positive or negative)?

For 6-7 years now we've used Zirmed on a limited basis (uploading claim data for one specific HMO product). I've always found them easy to work with both during the initial setup and for ongoing tech support issues as they've arisen.
No experience with their clearinghouse or patient billing functions.

We are currently implementing ZirMed to include all claims, clearinghouse and ZPay (patient electronic payment). No issues so far and the process/implementation has been smooth.
