Is there any way of changing the color in banner for different situations besides the red and blue?

Unfortunately, no. Those are the only two options - hard coded.

No other colors are currently available.
However, you can get creative with the display - for instance, you can check for something and then display an image. By that, I mean to display a character but in a different character set. You should have access to Webdings and Wingdings - and I have done this to display visual reminders.
Used this at a different practice to highlight were critical protocols are now due, etc...

How does that work with the Webdings? My client wants the chart to indicate if a resident is following the patient and a Webding or color might work?
