So we have our SP11 upgrade scheduled for Saturday ( i told them I was flexible and they scheduled it during the SEC Championship game)
Tonight I get a barely comprehensible email about some problem with drug interaction checking with SP11 and continue to monitor the listserve for further into. This is at 10 PM EST.
I reply to the email for more info and get an out of office message, telling me to contact someone else, but provides no contact info for that person.
I am laughing and crying. GE has gone insane, or I have, not sure. but pretty sure the previous.
We got the same email and were planning 3 upgrades this weekend. Not sure what to do.
We canceled ours for tonight. What a nightmare. I want to know how this got bast EA testing. It is such a huge worflow issue we couldn't spring it our our users without training, even then we will have a revolution. Hope GE gets the fix out soon.
i have a half a mind to go back through presentation and see when service pack 11 was originally promised.
We had to buy a third party product for ICD10 look ups. Now this.
Just got an email an hour before I am supposed to upgrade that they are cancelling all upgrades.
thanks for the head up GE and wasting my Saturday.
Thanks goodness I am a small practice and not a 500 user practice like I heard on the call.
Hi:
I checked with our doctors and they are interested in the class action lawsuit. We have been getting the runaround from our VAR and GE with regards to fixing problems in the EMR product.
Please keep me posted on what the next steps will be in relation to this, but count us in!!
Thanks

I would also like information regarding the Class Action Lawsuit if you happen to have information. Please e-mail me at [email protected]
We upgraded and applied the new patch after the upgrade and everything is working fine. Just wanted to share that we have success.
Has anyone upgraded with the MU patch? I have tested in my demo and know the Drug Interaction patch is working, but cant really test the MU patch or guage how long the CQR repush will be and if it will cause slowness to users.
we don't have the means to pursue any pursuit as a practice but we are shocked others haven't.
