Is anyone using dual monitors in their billing office? Our staff just got second monitors and they are having trouble while posting payments. When they start a bulk check, it opens the payment screen on the second monitor every other payment. It's driving them nuts and I can't figure out why it does it...any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Cindy
We have simalar things happen but it may be in the Registration module one day and in billing the next and then it may be gone for a few days. No idea why.

I think this has something to do with the way CPS is written. In Windows, when you have more than one printer, one is selected as the "default". I think the same rule applies to displays (one is called "primary"). But, CPS seems to either override that rule or the developer has a reason to do something other than rely on the Windows designated "primary" display. Sorry I don't know the rule of thumb but this is what I have had to support when introducing the secondary display.
As far as I know the behavior is consistent but it just doesn't act like other Windows programs. Select/copy/paste behavior in certain screens is another area where you have to forget the Windows rules and just know how GE wants it to happen.
