If a lab value was not disbursed into a flowsheet and the correct obs term was loaded and mapped to the lab value, is there a way to redisburse lab values into a flow sheet after the fact?

I'm assuming this is an HL7 interface. Do you mean that the cross reference file was adjusted after the ORU was initially received? If so, resending the ORU to DTS might overlay the existing results if the conditions support it. This should get the lab result into the flowsheet.
Alternatively, you can manually update the flowsheet with a chart maintenance document type. If you go to the flowsheet view, then click edit, and you have appropriate privileges, you can edit the flowsheet there.
