We moved from ChartLogic 6 to CPS in October 2013. We still need access to our patient records in ChartLogic. A couple of weeks ago, we suddenly started having ChartLogic client errors. We have tried all sorts of workarounds, to no avail.
(Unfortunately, the ChartLogic SQL Server database was primarily defined as many unstructured datafields that do not readily map to OBSTERMS so we gave up on the idea of a export/import when we first implemented CPS.)
So, we are looking for a former ChartLogic user who may have a clean copy of "DSN Retriever.exe" so we can re-define the database path information to a backup server. We have a number of install images on a backup drive, but not this app.
So, if you were a former ChartLogic 6 user, and would be willing to provide any ideas or assistance, I would be very appreciative!

I have that EXE but I am not very familiar with CL, took over the systems after CL was relegated to a legacy system that just sits there static. DSN Retriever.exe
When you download it, rename it because I added a .txt extension to it to get it through to you. I haven't used this method before so if it doesn't work and I need to send it a different way, let me know.
I'm not sure if this is helpful or not but if you are having trouble on multiple computers this could be a result of Windows updates or something like that. You could test by rolling them back with "system restore" or use a lightly patched machine with no internet access
