I am trying to get a specific group of patients mailing labels printed out. What is the best way to pull them from Centricity and put them on labels?

All depends on your comfort level with handling mailing labels - doing layout, type of paper stock.
One approach is to select the records with Crystal Reports, and do an output file to Excel with key address fields. Microsoft Word has templates to match most any Avery label layout, and then simply map the fields onto a label template.
If going to do often, then you could have Crystal create the label output all in one pass.
I have done both, but think the first option is somewhat easier to accomplish - because so much online assistance to do Word labels from Excel files.
