Hi! we are currently on Biscom fax...... in our old EMR, we had a area to search and keep all our contact info, names, phone, fax, addresses for internal use.... so we could quickly look up and give patients info over phone..... How are you all doing it now? there's nowhere in centricity to keep a search list of our contacts, nor in Biscom that i can see...

What kind of contacts are you looking to save? There's a few different ways to do this. You can:
1. Save them as vendors in administration
2. Save them as referring providers.
3. Save them as service providers.
MD's, vendors, hospitals etc.... somewhere that our MA's can search quick.... the only place i see where we can add contact info for these services or MD's is under a specific patient in PM. wondering any other options or "add ons"
We want to be able to look up a contact...that has nothing to do with a specific patient.....

What if you tried creating a "history view" so you can keep a list of numbers for quick reference and one central location to maintain?
