I have been asked to do a cost analysis for the 9.12 upgrade and was wondering if anyone has done this in the past or has any idea of the man hours involved to do this upgrade? I am waiting on GE to give me a quote for the upgrade plus any new subscriptions so I would also be interested in this if others have already upgraded.

I am wondering why there is a cost - because GE will assist? Do you pay for GE direct support? Thanks!
