Anyone have a problem with a provider failing to meet the threshold for MIPS after GE fixed an error in the CQR calculation of measure 138? We just found out this was corrected on 12-14-18. We are orthopedic and have no other measures to use as we have checked this score several times throughout the year and everyone was passing.

We are on EMR 9.10.3 and I noticed this week when running the quality measure for one of our nephrologist that the CMS 138 measure, Preventive Care and Screening: Tobacco Use: Screening and Cessation Intervention is not calculating correctly. I plan to open a ticket with GE.
