Being new to GE, I am wondering what people know about reporting the clinical quality measures for PQRS and MU using the CQR module. Does GE submit the data to CMS on behalf of the provider or does each provider/practice have to create the QRDA files and upload them to CMS using their IACS/EIDM account? Thanks for any insight.
I would llike the answer to that one as well. I am going to attest manually again this year as we still can. But 2016 will be different I am told.
GE submitted 2014 PQRS data on behalf of each of our providers through CQR. I believe there is a cost tied to the submission.
They offer it, ask your sales rep about 'Quality Submission Services' or go to the service portal and search 'qss' and you should find some basic information.
You need to be a MQIC Member. If you are, then you can sign up for QSS. Once signed up for QSS, you sign contracts with GE per provider allowing GE to submit the QRDA III file on your behalf. You go through a lot of CQR setup, then click submit and GE takes a snapshot of your PQRS data at the beginning of next year for this years data, and submits it to CMS for you.
If you subscribe to CQR, you have the option to configure which quality measures each provider will use for PQRS, then download the QRDA files from the CQR dashboard and submit them yourself using your ACS/EIDM account.
Otherwise, you have to contract separately with GE well ahead of time to do the PQRS submission for you, then register your measures with them. I think last year's fee was $270 per provider.
For MU, we have always attested manually using data from reports, but we only have 11 providers. I'm not sure if CQR can provide files for batch MU uploads.
Has anybody used the SEVT tool, with their QRDA files from CQR yet? Our are being accepted but getting the same warning for every provider.
Error Code 26935 - This effective time SHOULD contain zero or one [0..1] high (Conf 26935)
I've contacted the quality net help desk and they told me ask my EHR vendor for assistance.
any feedback appreciated.
I'm really interested to see if anyone else is getting error messages when running QRDA through the SEVT tool. We need to decide whether to pay GE and trust that there QRDA3 files will be accurate for GPRO reporting.
Were your error codes with QRDA1 or QRDA3? Which measures?
Getting it with QRDA III , I think its on CMS69 BMI screening and FU, but not sure. Im just guessing its that because what I've seen posted on ONCs site. We are reporting individually and I've tried files for about 4 different providers and get the same results.
