We installed SP13 in December and tried using the new simplified method of Completing the Orders of a Consultation report using the workflow described in the SP13 release notes.
It did not work for us. GE support spent almost an hour with me today to verify our workflow steps, mappings, etc. and could not find anything done wrong. Yet the CQR reports still shows 0's for all numerators for this measure.
I am suspecting there is an issue with the Order and Consultation reports being done in 2016 yet we did not do the "Close the Loop" step until 2017.
The support person told me she has not worked with anyone that has installed SP13 and tried using the new work flow for completing Orders for CMS50.
Has anyone been successful with the SP13 workflow?

We are on SP13 and do not seem to be having any issue with CMS50. I am getting data in CQR.
We had issues in the beginning that came down to our Order ID's (the SCT Codes) did not match what GE had setup in the data map. Once we updated our referral orders with the correct code then it all has worked just fine.

Are you using the new simplified SP13 workflow for "closing the referral loop" or the previous multistep work flow?
In the old workflow we had to manually create the Consultation Document to hold the Consultation Obs Term and supposedly with SP13 the Consultation Obs Term is automatically created by a nightly job.

We are actually still using the manual workflow instead of the script. Sorry if I caused any confusion.
