We are preparing the tranisiton to CPS12 in the near future. GE recently announced a fix to prevent printing information other than the selected date. While this is very helpful, we are needing clarification on the detail related to how it will count in the Patient MU Activity Log.
It states "office visit value sets includes document types and orders (CPT codes and SNOMED codes) associated with a visit. Does anyone know if both items are required to count? In otherwords, does the Service Order for E&M need entered prior to generating the CCDA or CVS in Office Visit document type for it to count? It indicates document types are deprecated making me wonder if it goes solely by the Service order.
